Registrants can be assigned the following statuses in the AHOBPR Clinical Portal.

A Registrant that has not agreed to the End User License Agreement (EULA) and Notice of Privacy Practices. Note: -_The Registrant will not be allowed to enter Questionnaire data. |
| Consent |
A Registrant that has agreed to the EULA and Notice of Privacy Practices. Registrants will only be in this status long enough for the system to determine eligibility. The registrant will be assigned into either the Not Eligible or Eligible statuses almost immediately. |
| Eligible |
The system has determined the Registrant has met the eligibility criteria for deployments that are within the AHOBPR guidelines. The Registrant will be directed to complete the Questionnaire. The Registrant Portal receives the Registrants Deployment history from the deployment data interfaces and validates the dates and locations against the eligibility criteria. If the dates and locations are within the eligibility criteria the Registrant is made Eligible in the system. Note: -_Registrants assigned the Eligible status will not have questionnaire data. To be Eligible, the Registrant must have served in one or more of the following locations during the specified times while on active duty in the US Armed Forces (Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, National Guard, or the Coast Guard):
Note: -_Reigstrants who served in the airspace above these locations also meet the eligibility criteria. |

The system has determined the Registrant does not meet the eligibility criteria for deployments that are within the AHOBPR guidelines. The Registrant will not be able to continue to the Questionnaire. Note: -_Registrants assigned the Not Eligible status will have no Questionnaire data. |
| Review |
The system has determined the Registrant does not meet the eligibility criteria for deployments that are within the AHOBPR guidelines. The Registrant will not be able to continue to the Questionnaire. Any registrant whose deployment history cannot be verified may request an Eligibility Review. The Eligibility Review consists of three-part process: administrative approvals by OPH, HEC review, and a final OPH review where Veterans and Service Members can submit documentation verifying their service in an eligible location. Note: -_Registrants assigned the Review status will not have Questionnaire data. |
| Review-Not Eligible |
The VA has performed a review of the Registrant's deployments and determined that they do not meet eligibility requirements under AHOBPR guidelines. The Registrant will not be able to continue to the Questionnaire. To be considered Reviewed – Not Eligible, there must not have been any documentation found to support the user’s inclusion in the registry. A Veteran or Service Member will only be included in this category once all three phases of the review process have concluded. Note: -_ Registrants assigned the Review-Not Eligible status will not have Questionnaire data. |
| Review-Eligible |
The VA has performed a review of the Registrant's deployments and determined they meet eligibility requirements under AHOBPR guidelines.The Registrant will be directed to complete the Questionnaire. To be considered Reviewed – Eligible, OPH or the HEC must have identified qualifying service to have the Veteran or Service member approved for participation in the registry. Users will remain in this category until they return to the Registrant Portal and complete the Questionnaire. Note: -_Registrants assigned the Reviewed-Eligible status will not have Questionnaire data. |
